Enlistment of Panel Lawyer for FRC
Financial Reporting Council (FRC), a statutory authority, established under the Financial Reporting Act, 2015 (Act No. 16 of 2015) is requesting application from qualified lawyer's for enlistment as Panel Lawyer under the following procedure, terms and conditions:
Procedure of application:
Application must be submitted by post/courier within 25th of January, 2021 to the Chairman, Financial Reporting Council along with Curriculum Vitae (CV) with personal details and attested copies of all academic certificates, mark sheet, bar Council Enrollment (if any), Testimonial from concern Bar Association as a member, NID, Two copies passport size photograph, Experience certificates.
Terms and Conditions/Terms of references:
Applicant must be enrolled in the Bangladesh Bar Council with minimum 05 (five) years of experiences (on the date of publishing this advertisement) of working in the relevant filed with profound knowledge in Company Law, Banking Law, Securities Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Land Law, Procurement Law, Financial Reporting, Auditing and Employment related Laws.
